Ever notice your energy feeling heavy, drained or scattered?
This can happen even when you’ve had plenty of rest…
Sometimes it’s not about sleep or food — it’s about the energy you’re carrying.
As women, we often give so much of ourselves — to family, work, friends, and everyone in between. But when we constantly pour out without pausing to refill, our energy becomes depleted. The good news? You can shift this. You can move from drained to energised by tuning into your body, creating gentle rituals, and nourishing your energetic field.
Here are a few ways to begin.

1. Pause and Notice
Take a quiet moment and ask yourself: Where do I feel heavy?
Maybe it’s in your chest, your head, or your stomach. Simply noticing brings awareness — and awareness is the first step to change. You don’t have to fix it straight away. Just breathe and acknowledge what’s there.
2. Clear What’s Not Yours
We absorb energy from people and environments all the time. If you’ve been around others who are stressed or emotional, you may be carrying some of their energy.
Try this: imagine a soft golden light washing over your body, clearing away anything that isn’t yours. Say to yourself, I release what’s not mine, and I reclaim my energy.
3. Reconnect with Your Body
Movement helps energy flow. Stretch, walk in nature, dance in your kitchen (just don’t fall, I’ve done that before!) — anything that brings you back into your body. Myofascial release and Lymphatic drainage are beautiful ways to encourage physical and energetic release too, helping your system find its natural balance again.
4. Support Your Energy with Essential Oils
Essential oils are one of my favourite tools for energetic support. Their vibration works gently with your body and emotions to help restore balance.
Try diffusing frankincense to ground your energy, white angelica to lift your vibration, or lavender to bring calm and peace.
You can also apply a drop to your wrists or the back of your neck with intention, saying to yourself, I choose to feel light, grounded aligned.
These small moments of self-care reconnect you to your own natural calm.
5. Nourish Your Energy
What you eat, think, and feel all influence your vibration, your energy. Choose foods that are alive and full of colour, drink plenty of water, and surround yourself with beauty — flowers, music, or quiet moments in the sun. Energy responds to what you feed it. Feed it well…
6. Protect Your Energy
Being radiant doesn’t mean being wide open all the time. It means shining from a centred place. Before your day begins, imagine light and calm around you — a gentle energetic boundary that helps you stay grounded and protected, no matter what the day brings.
When you start honouring your energy, everything shifts.
You move through your day with more ease, your body feels lighter, and your mind clearer. Radiance isn’t something you have to chase — it’s already within you, waiting for a little space to shine through.
When you start honouring your energy, everything shifts.
You will move through your day with ease, your body will feel lighter, and your mind clearer. Learn to let go, release what doesn’t serve you and hold onto what does. Reach out if you need support, always here for a chat. Blessings, Larissa
